
ELITE Rewards is a series of web-based sales force incentive programmes, designed, administered and implemented by ELITE for companies with sales teams or loyal customers that deserve to be rewarded in more creative ways than just cash and discounts off company products.
ELITE has created a web-based system that allows sales incentive programmes to be customized to meet the requirements of each individual company, ensuring maximum motivation of the sales force being rewarded.




How does it work?
Simply. ELITE works closely with each client company to determine the appropriate value of rewards to be offered to their sales team. Points are assigned for certain values of products or
number of products sold during sales campaigns. These points can then be accumulated and “cashed-in” at anytime for experiential rewards. Each set of rewards is created to match
the value of points earned. So whether a sales person is selling expensive luxury cars or high volume luxury cosmetics, a suitable reward programme can be created, with incentive values in
proportion to the value of products being sold.
Points can be earned for every sale and put into a “points bank”, much like accumulating airline frequent flier miles. A sales person can then decide when to “cash-in” their points for rewards whose values match the number of points in their account.
ELITE creates the programmes, seeking out original, unique or special activities and then administers the programmes, by negotiating with venues and suppliers. Through ELITE’s extensive network of contacts and connections, we are able to offer experiences that most companies can’t arrange with their own resources.
A few simple clicks on the rewards website means a sales person can order an experience themselves directly from ELITE. The reward is booked and a reply goes directly back to the sales person. There is no need for anyone at the client company to get involved after the programme is up and running. Just approval of monthly invoices which will detail all rewards claimed, when and by whom. No other administration is necessary – it’s all very straightforward and simple
The beauty of this system is that the successful sales people who earn points receive their rewards directly and their rewards are in proportion to their success.
Sales people can keep track of their points through a password protected website that shows them their balance. Then choosing from a menu of rewards, they can order directly through ELITE to book an incentive.
Every ELITE Reward website is customized for each client company and can be branded as their own. Sales people login to upload and check the balance of their points. The only involvement on the client side is to confirm the correctness of the points being uploaded to ensure their accuracy.
Each sales person has the right to cash-in points on a regular basis, claiming smaller rewards often, or accumulating points to order something of much higher value, such as a weekend away in Hong Kong, for example.
What will it cost?
There is no cost for the sales people. ELITE charges the client company a monthly retainer fee for administering the programme, as well as adding a small margin to whatever rewards are
claimed by their sales force.
