In October 2007 ELITE organized Japan's first prestigious classic car Concours d'Elegance, Tokyo Concours d'Elegance. After the success of the event, where 33 fabulous, immaculate classic cars were exhibited on the lawns of Tokyo Midtown, ELITE held the second event with 30 cars from March 20 to April 12 2009 at Roppongi Hills Mori Tower 52nd floor.

The event aspires to be on a par with Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in California, USA, and Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza at Lake Como, Italy. As this is Japan we will do things a little differently by holding our events in a central Tokyo location that combines the modernity of the city with the classic elegance of the cars competing for "Best of Show".

Cars entered for Tokyo Concours d'Elegance are works of art that even when stationary evoke feelings of speed and motion.

A selection of Japan's leading car designers and motoring journalists gather as judges to choose "Best in Class" for each category as well as "Best of Show". The general public also has the opportunity to choose their favourite car which by coincidence in 2007 and 2009 were the same model, a Jaguar SS100.
